Clap 2 the Beat: Rave e Cinema, tu che ne pensi?
Mentre la scena rave e i free parties continuano a subire pressioni e sgomberi in tutta Europa, uno degli eventi più entusiasmanti sta per prendere vita in Spagna, grazie ai Drop’in Caravan e Trackerz.
Questa volta, però, non si tratta solo di musica tekno e di ballare fino all’alba.
Questo fine settimana, il festival Clap 2 the Beat , firmato Drop’in Caravan e Trackerz offrirà un’esperienza unica, intrecciando la cultura rave con il mondo del cinema. L’evento includerà infatti le riprese di un documentario che esplorerà la storia delle free parties, dando ai partecipanti l’opportunità di essere parte integrante di questa narrazione.
IL FILM
Il regista dietro a questo ambizioso progetto è Oliver Laxé, un cineasta spagnolo noto per il suo lavoro nel cinema indipendente. Laxé ha già diretto diversi lungometraggi acclamati dalla critica, tra cui “Todos vós sodes capitáns” (2010), “Las Mimosas” (2016) e “O que arde” (2019). Il suo nuovo progetto cinematografico, intitolato “AFTER”, è un road movie psichedelico in cui un padre e un figlio intraprendono un viaggio alla ricerca della figlia scomparsa, seguendo un gruppo di ravers nel deserto. Attraverso i loro sforzi, trasportano tutto ciò che è raccolto a Grande Synthe, dove poi distribuiscono cibo, bevande calde come caffè e tè, forniscono punti di ricarica per i telefoni cellulari e perfino servizi come barbieri e docce.
